We are very sorry to hear that and would love to know what we can do to make it right. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, and we will make sure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days after we receive your return.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Send us an email via the contact form
Try to include as many important details as possible in your message:

1. Why you would like to exchange or return the package.
2. Any photos to help illustrate the issue.

Step 2: Send your order back
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the form. Please ensure the package includes a Track & Trace number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 5 business days.

When will my return not be accepted?

• If products are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Health or hygiene products cannot be returned once opened.
• The product and packaging must be returned in their original condition.
